Orders

An order is placed when you confirm it at checkout and accepted when we call to confirm it. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, the price shown was clearly wrong, or the delivery details cannot be verified.

Phones are sold one unit per order line. Each handset is tracked by IMEI from the moment it is reserved for you.

Prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices can change without notice, but the price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay.

Discounts, coupons and flash-sale prices apply only while the offer is running and cannot be combined unless the offer says so.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery nationwide and cash, bKash, Nagad and cards in store. Online payment through bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz is being connected and will appear at checkout when it is live.

Signing in uses a one-time code sent to your phone. Keep your phone number current; it is how we confirm orders and how you track them.
