Delivery Policy

Coverage and timing

We deliver to every district in Bangladesh. Orders inside Dhaka usually arrive in 1–2 working days; outside Dhaka in 2–4 working days, depending on the courier's schedule for your area.

Orders are dispatched after we confirm them by phone. Orders confirmed after 5 pm are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery fee

The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm, based on your district. It is charged once per order regardless of how many items are in it.

Receiving your order

Check the parcel in front of the delivery person. For phones, confirm the box seal and IMEI match the invoice before paying. If anything is wrong, refuse the parcel and call us.

If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the order returns to us and we will call to rearrange delivery.

Store pickup

Pickup orders are held for 48 hours from the time you confirm. Bring the order number and pay at the counter. After 48 hours the reservation is released.
