Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched by calling us or replying to the confirmation call. There is no charge.

Once a parcel is with the courier it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse it at the door; the order is then treated as a return.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if stock runs out, if we cannot confirm the delivery details, or if the order looks fraudulent. You will be told by phone or SMS, and any payment made is refunded in full.

Pre-orders

A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund of any deposit until the product ships. Once shipped it follows the standard rules above.
