What we collect
Your name, phone number, delivery address and email, the items you order, and the device IMEI on phones we sell you. If you sign in, a session token is stored on your device.
What we use it for
Confirming and delivering your order, warranty and repair records, and — only if you have not opted out — occasional offers by SMS. We do not sell customer data.
Who sees it
Delivery details are shared with the courier carrying your parcel. Payment details, once online payment is live, go directly to the payment gateway and are never stored by us.
Your choices
You can update your details or opt out of marketing from your account page, or ask us on WhatsApp to delete your account data, subject to records we must keep for warranty and tax.
